La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario Launches El Lago Club
La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario, a leading real estate group, has commenced construction on El Lago Club, a part of its Real de La Quinta residential complex. Nestled between Marbella and Benahavís, the project is set to be completed by 2025. Upon completion, it will be the largest leisure centre associated with a residential complex on the Costa del Sol. The club will feature a 36,000 m2 recreational lake for water sports, a sandy beach, a golf course, tennis and padel courts, and a wide range of gastronomic options.
Facilities at El Lago Club
El Lago Club will offer a variety of amenities including a restaurant area, a golf course, and a lake with a beach area and jetty. The club will provide a range of recreational activities such as kayaking, windsurfing, and paddle surfing. Additionally, it will feature tennis and padel courts, an indoor swimming pool, and a recreational area for children.
Real de La Quinta: A BREEAM Certified Urban Development Project
Real de La Quinta is the first urban development project in Spain to receive BREEAM certification. The project includes several residential developments such as Los Olivos and Quercus, constructed by La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario, a part of the Pascual Group. The CEO of La Quinta Grupo Inmobiliario, Borja Pascual, expressed his pride in the project, stating that it will be a unique project on the Costa del Sol that will boost the Malaga economy by attracting tourists and foreign investors.
Real de La Quinta: A Dream Project
The Real de La Quinta project will house around 1,000 homes spread over four developments (Olivos, Quercus, Palmitos, and Sabinas) and other future projects. In addition to the developments and the country club, the complex will also feature a boutique hotel with around 90 keys and approximately 42 additional villas. The project, involving an investment of approximately 600 million euros, is set to become a major international residential attraction in the Mediterranean in the short and medium term.
El Lago Club: A Privileged Enclave
The lake at El Lago Club, with a water surface area of 36,000 m2 and a maximum length of 420m, is currently under construction. Designed by Hidroingeni, the lake will be located in the centre of a golf course and will feature a 120-metre long sandy beach next to a jetty that will provide access to the water sports area. The south side of the club will house the swimming pool area and tennis courts, while the golf offer will be completed with an academy area, a short practice area, and a long game practice area.
Design and Construction of the Complex
The complex, designed by Alex Stewart & Partners and Paula Saco, is designed to integrate the building into the project with minimal visual impact, preserving the view of the lake. The complex will feature an integrated, walkable green roof to provide continuity to the circular promenade from the hotel to the golf course.
