Question 1

How do I request current long-term rental availability?

Accepted Answer

Send your move date, household, intended term, preferred areas, property requirements and monthly housing ceiling. Availability changes, so a complete brief is more useful than a broad request.

Question 2

Which Marbella areas work well for long-term living?

Accepted Answer

The answer depends on work, school and daily routes. Central Marbella and San Pedro can support a more walkable routine, while golf, hillside and villa areas may involve more driving.

Question 3

What should I check during a rental viewing?

Accepted Answer

Check condition, noise, light, heating and cooling, storage, parking, internet needs, included contents, building access and the real journey to regular destinations.

Question 4

What information may a tenant need to provide?

Accepted Answer

Owners or authorised representatives may request identity and affordability information. Confirm the recipient and purpose before sharing sensitive documents, and use secure methods.

Question 5

Can owners discuss a Marbella property for long-term rental?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Share the property, condition, availability and intended rental approach. The exact marketing, management and professional-advice scope should be confirmed before engagement.

Question 6

Does this page replace legal advice on a rental contract?

Accepted Answer

No. The correct contract and obligations depend on the property, intended use and parties. Obtain current independent advice before signing or transferring funds.
