Spain’s Most Exclusive and Expensive Street for Property Purchase

The most sought-after and priciest street for acquiring a property in Spain is situated on the island of Mallorca. Specifically, it is Calle Sant Carles, located in the municipality of Calvià. The average asking price for one of its luxurious homes is a staggering 7,043,750 euros. This information is based on a study conducted by idealista, the leading real estate marketplace in Spain. In this article, we delve into the 10 most expensive streets in Spain in 2021.

The Second Most Expensive Street in Spain

The runner-up in this exclusive ranking is an entire development situated in the town of Benahavís in Malaga: Urbanización Coto de La Zagaleta. This high-end residential area of the Costa del Sol nearly clinches the top spot with an average price of 7,042,462 euros. This price is higher than its neighboring street, Calle Mozart, in Marbella, which ranks third with average prices of 5,932,489 euros. Interestingly, Calle Mozart was Spain’s most expensive street in 2020.

Other Expensive Streets in Spain

Following closely is the Urbanización Cascada de Camoján residential area, also in Marbella. The average asking price for their exclusive homes is 5,444,000 euros. Next, we have two representatives from the Community of Madrid: Paseo de los Lagos in Pozuelo de Alarcón, also known as “La Finca”, with average prices of 5,248,039 euros, and Paseo del Conde de los Gaitanes, in La Moraleja, priced at 4,972,656 euros on average.

Completing the List of Spain’s Most Expensive Streets

Rounding off the list, with average prices all exceeding 4.5 million euros, are Calle Cañete in Marbella, where the average asking price for a luxury villa is 4,883,602 euros, Calle del Camino Ancho in La Moraleja, where a luxury villa will cost 4,751,654 euros, the Sierra Blanca estate in Marbella, with an average price of 4,625,158 euros, and finally, Vía Cornisa in Calvià, with an average price of 4,608,732 euros.
