Nobu Hotels Set to Launch New Luxury Hotel in Seville
Nobu Hotels, the American luxury hotel chain owned by actor Robert de Niro, film producer Meir Teper, and Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa, is set to open the Nobu Sevilla Hotel in the heart of Seville, Spain, this spring. This venture is a result of a collaboration with Millenium Hospitality Real Estate, a leading real estate investment company in the luxury hotel sector in Spain and Portugal.
Expansion of Nobu Hotels in Spain
The upcoming hotel in Seville will be the third establishment that the two companies have opened in Spain, following their successful ventures in Madrid and San Sebastián. Nobu Hotels already boasts six hotels in Spain, including locations in Barcelona, Marbella, and Ibiza.
Prime Location of the New Nobu Sevilla Hotel
The Nobu Sevilla Hotel will enjoy a prime location in the city. It will be situated at 11 and 12 central Plaza San Francisco, directly opposite the Town Hall and in close proximity to the Cathedral and the Giralda. Millenium Hospitality Real Estate has noted that the hotel is the result of a comprehensive renovation of three historic palatial buildings of traditional Sevillian architecture, which interestingly revealed the famous city wall during its rehabilitation.
Features of the New Five-Star Hotel
The four-storey, five-star hotel is set to offer a unique experience to visitors of the Andalusian city. The hotel will feature a total of 25 rooms, a spa, a gym, a restaurant, and a large terrace with a pool, as reported by Europa Press.
Expectations for the New Nobu Sevilla Hotel
Javier Illán Plaza, president and CEO of Millenium Hospitality Real Estate, expressed his pride in bringing the Nobu experience to Seville. He is confident that the new Nobu Sevilla will be well received by both locals who come to enjoy the restaurant and the hotel guests.
